Ritvik is mangalik and has Adi Nadi. Ritvik belongs to a reputed saryuparin brahmin family of lawyers and judges. Family hails from Varanasi but is settled at Allahabad. Ritvik is a man of firm convictions and ambitious. He is sharp and intelligent. He is deeply religious and offers his daily prayers to the Almighty but shuns dogmatic and outmoded customs and rituals. He is generally reticent but is a lively companion in the company that he likes. He respects his elders. He is a man of style and nothing but the elegant meets his approval. He is tall and handsome and possesses a debonair personality. He is a government counsel but is also doing private practice and is a regular counsel for several big business houses like, Hindalco, Dainik Jagran Group etc. He is financially independent. Apart from all this, being the only son and having only one sister, he is heir to property of considerable value both in the city and at our ancestral village.

Ours is a small family of only five members, namely, my grandmother, father,mother, myself and my sister who is studying B.Tech.(IIIrd Year) at Dehradun. We are moderate in our approach. We respect traditions but also keep pace with the modern way of life. We are opposed to dowry.

Pleasant, charming, preferably fair complexion, decent, elegant, loving, lively, humourous, adjusting with the will to bind the family together. She should not be career oriented i.e. career should not have preference over family but should be pursued while taking care of the family as well with full support and cooperation of the family. We are liberal in this behalf. We would not like a professionally qualified member of the family to idle away time at home. Should be qualified enough to look after herself and the family if, God forbid, situation so arises.
